Bilingual Marketing Admin
This role provides vital administrative support across Administration, Marketing, and Accounting departments, ensuring efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include office management, travel coordination, event planning, report creation, and communication. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, assist with expense reports, and provide general office support (e.g., document management, phone coordination).
- Marketing & Event Coordination: Organize trade shows, seminars, and sales meetings, including logistics, booth staffing, and promotional items. Assist with email campaigns, lead follow-ups, and Salesforce support.
- Front Office: Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage office supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- MUST be fully bilingual in Spanish
- Associate?s degree in Business Technology, Communications, or related field; or 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP BI and Salesforce experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
